You have a list of keywords your SaaS should own. Alternatives pages, comparison posts, “best X for Y” roundups, the guides your buyers read before a demo. Nobody on the team has time to write them. And most SEO content writing services hide their prices behind a discovery call.
I run Angleout, a B2B SaaS SEO agency in Mumbai. I started in link building in 2016 and have spent the years since writing, optimizing, and building links to SaaS content. I evaluate other agencies, platforms, and writers constantly, because prospects compare us against them.
This guide covers the 12 best SEO content writing services for B2B SaaS in 2026. I pulled real pricing wherever a provider publishes it, labeled each one by service model, and matched each to the team situation it fits best. By the end, you should know which two or three are worth a call.
TL;DR
- Want strategy, writing, links, and reporting from one team? Hire an agency. Retainers run from about $5,000 to $15,000+ a month in the US. Angleout, Grow & Convert, Omniscient Digital and Siege Media sit here.
- Have a strategy and briefs, but no writing capacity? Use a managed platform. Verblio starts at $0.06 a word for AI-assisted drafts and $0.16 a word for fully human writing.
- Selling to developers? Use a technical specialist like Draft.dev, where engineers write the content.
- On a tight budget in India? Content Whale writes from INR 1 a word, but you will need to supply the SEO strategy yourself.

What an SEO content writing service should include in 2026
An SEO content writing service researches, writes, and optimizes content that ranks in search and leads to a business result: a demo, a trial, or a signup. Writing alone does not qualify. A well-written article that targets the wrong intent is an essay nobody finds.
Many providers sell “SEO-friendly writing” that stops at adding keywords to a draft. Before you sign, check that the service covers these six jobs:
- Keyword and intent research. Every topic should be checked against the live SERP. If Google ranks listicles for a query, a product page will not rank there, however well it is written.
- Briefs before drafts. A good brief names the reader, the intent, the pages it has to beat, and where your product fits in the answer.
- Original input. Product access, SME interviews, customer data and first-hand testing. Readers and AI systems both reward information they have not seen ten times already.
- On-page structure. One H1, headings in order, the primary keyword in the title and at least one H2, internal links, and a CTA. The service should handle this without being asked.
- Authority building. Content on a low-authority domain rarely ranks for competitive commercial terms. Ask who builds the links, and whether it is the same team or a separate vendor.
- AI search visibility. Buyers now ask ChatGPT, Pty, and Google AI Overviews for vendor shortlists. Google’s own guidance says its AI features rely on the same index and quality systems as regular search. So be wary of anyone selling AI optimization as a separate secret from good SEO.
The last two are where most writing services fall short. They deliver the words and leave rankings, links and citations to you.
How we selected these services
Every service on this list meets at least three of these five criteria:
- Named clients or public case studies with numbers
- Experience with B2B SaaS or software buyers
- A defined process covering research, writing and optimization, with visible work on AI search
- Published pricing, or at least a clear engagement model
- A specific type of team it serves better than the others on this list
We left out pure freelance marketplaces like Upwork and Fiverr. They can work, but you do all the vetting and managing yourself.
Angleout is on this list. I put us first because this is our site, and a roundup on our own blog without us would be odd. Every other entry is written the way I would want a competitor to describe our work: fairly, with their real strengths.
The 12 best SEO content writing services for B2B SaaS
1. Angleout

Early-for: Early-stage B2B SaaS companies that want bottom-funnel content and the links to rank it, from one team.
Model: SEO and content agency, based in Mumbai, India
Pricing: Custom pricing based on the project and size.
Clients include: Sprinto, DemandFarm, 5x, Beatoven, Arcana, Upskillist
Angleout is a B2B SaaS SEO agency. We write content, optimize it, and build the links that get it ranked. Most writing services hand you a draft and stop. We stay with the page until it ranks, because a commercial page on a low-authority domain rarely gets there on writing alone.
Every project starts in Google Search Console, not a keyword tool. We review the queries you already get impressions for, the pages competing with each other, and the pages losing traffic. Then we check each target keyword against the live SERP. If Google ranks listicles, we write a listicle. If it ranks comparison pages, we write a comparison page.
We prioritize content that holds up against AI Overviews: alternatives pages, comparisons, pricing pages, “best X for Y” roundups,s and product-led guides. These are the pages buyers read just before a demo, and the ones AI answers cite when they build a shortlist.
Link building is in-house. It is how I started in SEO in 2016, and the same team that writes your content builds the authority behind it, including niche edits and guest placements. After publishing, we track rankings, conversions, and AI referral traffic, and refresh pages that start to decay.
Choose Angleout if you want an agency that owns content, on-page SEO, and link building together, at India-based pricing, with a founder involved in your account.
2. Grow & Convert

Best for: SaaS companies that want bottom-funnel content measured on leads and signups, not traffic.
Model: Agency
Pricing: Base package from $10,000/month, scaling with the number of articles
Grow & Convert popularized “Pain Point SEO”: target the keywords buyers search when they are close to choosing a product, and write about your product in real detail. Their own research on client conversion rates has shaped how much of the industry thinks about BOFU content.
The agency handles keyword strategy, writing, editing, publishing, link building, and conversion reporting. They say all content is written by humans and informed by interviews with your team. They don’t require a 6- or 12-month contract, which makes them easier to test.
Choose Grow & Convert if you want an agency that reports on signups from content and you can commit $10,000 a month.
3. Omniscient Digital

Best for: Mid-market software companies building topical authority across Google and AI answers.
Model: Agency, US-based
Pricing: Full-service engagements from $120,000/year
Clients include: Jasper, 360Learning, Smartling, Order.co, OnBoard
Omniscient starts with your customers’ words, not a keyword export. The team interviews sales and customer success, works through recorded sales calls, then builds a content plan ranked by buyer demand and proximity to revenue.
Their AI search practice is one of the more developed on this list. Omniscient reports that Convert grew LLM visibility by 81% and AI citations by 140% in 60 days, and that Jasper attributes over $4M in ARR to its blog. Reporting covers pipeline, AI share of voice,ce and organic traffic together.
Choose Omniscient if you have a six-figure annual budget and want one partner treating SEO, AEO, and digital PR as a single program.
4. Siege Media

Best for: Growth-stage companies that want SEO content paired with design and digital PR.
Model: Agency, US-based
Pricing: Custom, based on scope and projected ROI
Clients include: Zapier, Instacart, Purple, Mentimeter
Siege Media runs one of the largest content operations in the industry. Writers, editors, designers, ners and SEO strategists work on every piece, so content ships with custom visuals and data assets rather than stock images.
The main reason to hire Siege is links. Their content is built to earn coverage, and their digital PR team promotes it. They also offer a dedicated GEO service and publish a lot of original research on AI search. Their Mentimeter case study reports 250,000 visits from ChatGPT.
Choose Siege Media if your keywords are competitive enough that content alone will not rank, and you want design, PR and production under one roof.
5. Animalz

Best for: Funded B2B SaaS companies that want SEO content and thought leadership from the same editorial team.
Model: Agency, fully remote
Pricing: Custom, at the premium end of the market
Clients include: Amplitude, Airtable, Intercom, Ramp, Atlassian, Wistia
Animalz has been a reference name in B2B SaaS content for over a decade. It works exclusively with software and tech companies, and pairs each client with a team that learns the product in depth.
What sets Animalz apart is range. Alongside SEO and AEO programs, they produce research reports, survey-driven whitepapers, and LinkedIn content for executives. Their published case studies include 5x organic traffic in 12 months for SupportLogic and 172% year-over-year MQL growth for Lithic.
Choose Animalz if your founder’s point of view is part of your positioning, and you want search visibility and category authority from one team.
6. Grizzle

Best for: B2B teams that want SEO and GEO content built on SME interviews, plus video.
Model: Agency, London-based
Pricing: Custom
Clients include: Pipedrive, Semrush, PandaDoc, Tide, Tipalti
Grizzle starts each engagement with customer and SME interviews, then produces articles, product pages, case studies, and YouTube videos from the same research. A dedicated strategist owns your style guide, and editors handle production, so your team does not have to manage writers.
Grizzle reports results with named clients, which is rarer than it should be. Its Pipedrive case study attributes 39% global revenue growth, 4x traffic, and 33% more signups to an organic content program. Grizzle also runs content refreshes and publishes original research, such as a study of 3,623 SaaS YouTube videos.
See what Reddit & SEO can do for your pipeline — grab a time
A 30-minute working session. We'll map your top intent gaps and where the pipeline is leaking. No pitch deck.
Choose Grizzle if you want an interview-led process and a partner that covers YouTube and AI search, not only the blog.
7. TripleDart

Best for: SaaS companies that want content connected to SEO, paid media, and marketing ops.
Model: Full-service SaaS marketing agency, India and US
Pricing: Content programs from $5,000/month
Clients include: Airtable, Intercom, GoDaddy, Freshworks, Glean
TripleDart treats content as one part of a wider growth system. The same agency can run your SEO content, Google Ads, ABM campaigns, Webflow site,te and RevOps, which suits teams that would rather manage one vendor than five.
They lean heavily on AI-assisted workflows to produce and refresh content quickly. They also put real effort into tools and research, with dozens of free calculators and original studies on their site. The tradeoff is that content is one service among many, so ask who your writers and editors will be.
Choose TripleDart if you want a single SaaS-only partner covering content and paid channels, with a lower entry price than most US agencies.
8. Codeless

Best for: Growth-stage and enterprise SaaS teams that need long-form content at volume.
Model: Content agency, US-based, fully remote
Pricing: Custom. Third-party roundups put entry programs at roughly $6,000 to $10,000 a month.
Clients include: Chargify and other B2B SaaS brands
Codeless, founded by Brad Smith (also co-founder of uSERP), positions itself as a content operations partner for SaaS companies between $10M and $500M+ ARR. It builds the processes and teams that let content run as a steady function rather than a scramble every month.
Every plan starts with a content audit and keyword research. Beyond blog posts, the team produces infographics and video content when needed. It is a production engine first, so bring your own conversion goals.
Choose Codeless if you have a validated keyword plan and your bottleneck is publishing enough high-quality long-form content.
9. Draft.dev

Best for: Developer tools, APIs, and infrastructure companies.
Model: Technical content agency
Pricing: Retainers from $8,000/month
Draft.dev works with a network of 300+ software engineers and technical subject-matter experts who write tutorials, guides, ides and comparison content. For a technical buyer, a writer who has actually run the code beats a generalist at any price.
Case studies include scaling Loft Labs’ Kubernetes blog by 4x and click-through rates of 20 to 45% for Sinch Mailgun. Draft.dev also produces video tutorials.
Choose Draft.dev if your buyers are developers and a technical error in an article would cost you more than the article does.
10. Compose.ly

Best for: Marketing teams that want a dedicated writer, editor, and SEO adviser without hiring.
Model: Managed content service and marketplace
Pricing: From about $999/month, pay as you go, no long-term contracts
Clients include: Mailchimp, Calendly, Dolby.io
Compose.ly sits between a marketplace and a full agency. Each account gets hand-picked writers, an editor,r and an SEO adviser, managed by a client success manager. You can also use its self-serve Content Marketplace to commission writers directly.
Its headline case study is with Mailchimp, where it reports a 49% increase in organic traffic from an SEO content program.
Choose Compose.ly if you want steady monthly output with SEO guidance included, and you would rather flex a subscription than manage freelancers.
11. Verblio

Best for: Teams that write their own briefs and need volume.
Model: Content platform with managed options
Pricing: $0.06/word for AI + human content (plus a $49.50 monthly platform fee) or $0.16/word for 100% human content. Managed plans start at 50 articles a month.
Verblio has the most transparent pricing on this list. On the human tier, a 1,500-word article costs about $240. Turnaround is 1 to 3 days for hybrid content and 2 to 4 days for human-only. There are no monthly minimums on self-serve.
Agencies use Verblio heavily for white-label production. The tradeoff is depth: writers work from your brief, so strategy, SME access,ss and links stay with you.
Choose Verblio if your team owns the strategy and your only bottleneck is production capacity.
12. Content Whale

Best for: Budget-conscious teams, especially in India, that already have an SEO strategy.
Model: Content writing agency, Mumbai
Pricing: Rates from INR 1 per word
Content Whale, founded in 2017, is one of the larger writing agencies in India. It covers blog and article writing, website copy, technical writing, ing and bulk SEO content across many industries.
It is the most affordable option here by a wide margin. That price buys writing, not strategy, link building, ding or conversion reporting. Expect to brief carefully and edit for B2B SaaS depth.
Choose Content Whale if you need volume on a tight budget and have an in-house SEO lead to set direction.
How much do SEO content writing services cost?
SEO content writing costs anywhere from INR 1 a word to $120,000 a year. The price tracks how much of the job the provider owns: words only, words plus SEO, or the full program with strategy, links, and reporting.
| Service model | Typical entry price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Indian writing agency | From INR 1/word | Writing to your brief. Strategy and links are on you. |
| Platform, AI + human | $0.06/word + $49.50/month | AI drafts finished by a human writer |
| Platform, human only | $0.16/word (about $240 for 1,500 words) | Human writer to your brief, unlimited edits |
| Managed content service | About $999/month | Writer, editor and SEO adviser on a subscription |
| Experienced SEO freelancer | $750 to $1,500 per post (about $0.50/word) | Senior writing, often with keyword and intent research |
| Full-service SaaS agency | $5,000 to $10,000+/month | Strategy, writing, on-page SEO, often links and reporting |
| Premium US agency program | $120,000+/year | SEO, AEO, digital PR and analytics as one program |
Sources: Verblio, Compose.ly, Siege Media, TripleDart, Grow & Convert, Omniscient Digital, GoodFirms.
Three things move the price the most:
- Research depth. SME interviews, product testing, and original data cost more than rewriting the top five results. They are also what earns rankings and AI citations.
- Who owns strategy. A per-word rate assumes you hand over a finished brief. An agency retainer pays for someone to decide what to write.
- Links. For competitive commercial keywords, a strong article on a weak domain often stalls on page two. Check whether link building is included or billed separately.
A cheap article that never ranks costs more than an expensive one that does. Judge price per ranking page or per signup, not per word.
How to choose the right SEO content writing service
Match the model to what your team is missing. Be honest about the gap, because each model fixes a different one.
| If your team has… | …but is missing | Pick | From this list |
|---|---|---|---|
| A keyword plan and briefs | Writing capacity | Platform or writing agency | Verblio, Compose.ly, Content Whale |
| A strategy and an editor | Senior writers who know SaaS | Specialist agency or freelancer | Codeless, Draft.dev |
| Budget, but no strategy or SEO lead | Strategy, writing, links and reporting | Full-service SEO and content agency | Angleout, Grow & Convert, Omniscient, Siege Media |
| A strong founder voice | Thought leadership plus SEO | Editorial agency | Animalz, Grizzle |
| Several channels to run | One vendor for content and paid | Full-service marketing agency | TripleDart |
Questions to ask on every call
- Can you show two named SaaS case studies with numbers, ideally in our category?
- How do you check search intent before you write? Show me a brief.
- What original input goes into each article: interviews, product access, data?
- Who builds links to the content, and is that included in the price?
- How do you track AI visibility, and what did it show for a current client?
- What do you report on each month: traffic, rankings, or signups and pipeline?
- Who exactly works on our account, and how long have they been with you?
Red flags
- Guaranteed rankings or traffic numbers
- Deliverables defined only by word count
- Case studies with no named clients
- Monthly reports that stop at sessions
- “AI optimization” sold as a separate trick, unrelated to SEO fundamentals
Get SEO content that ranks, earns links, and shows up in AI answers
If you have read this far, you probably have one of three problems. A backlog of high-intent topics nobody has time to write. Content that brings traffic but no signups. Or pages that should rank but are stuck on page two.
Angleout can help with all three:
- BOFU content. Alternatives pages, comparisons, price pages,es and “best X for Y” roundups that reach buyers while they are choosing.
- Links to the pages that matter. In-house link building, including niche edits and guest posts, aimed at your commercial pages.
- Refreshes. We find decaying and cannibalizing pages in Search Console and fix them, often the fastest win available.

Frequently asked questions about SEO content writing services
What is an SEO content writing service?
An SEO content writing service creates content designed to rank in organic search and drive an action like a demo, trial, ial or purchase. A complete service covers keyword and intent research, briefs, writing, on-page optimization, and refreshes. The better ones also build links and track how content appears in AI answers.
How much do SEO content writing services cost?
Platforms start around $0.06 to $0.16 per word. Indian writing agencies start near INR 1 per word. Experienced freelancers charge about $750 to $1,500 per article. Full-service SaaS agencies usually start at $5,000 to $10,000 a month, and premium US programs can exceed $120,000 a year.
What is the difference between an SEO content writing service and an SEO agency?
A writing service executes a brief: keyword format and length and deadline. An SEO agency decides what to write in the first place, then handles on-page SEO, technical fixes, links and reporting. Some providers on this list do both.
Should I hire an Indian or a US SEO content agency?
India-based agencies like Angleout and TripleDart often cost less for the same scope, and many work only with global SaaS clients. The things to check are the same anywhere: named case studies, sample briefs, who writes, and who builds the links.
Do SEO content writing services help with AI search?
The good ones do. Content that gets cited in AI answers has the same foundations as content that ranks: clear answers, original information, named sources,nd a scannable structure. Ask each provider how they research AI answers before writing and how they measure citations afterwards.
How long does SEO content take to show results?
Expect three to six months for consistent rankings, and six to twelve months for meaningful traffic on competitive terms. Refreshing pages that already rank is the fastest route, often showing movement within weeks. AI citations can sometimes appear before a page reaches the top of Google.
Is AI-generated content good enough for B2B SaaS SEO?
AI-assisted drafts with real human editing can work for simple informational topics. They struggle with product depth, original insight, ight and competitive commercial keywords, which is where SaaS revenue comes from. Use AI to speed up research and drafts, not to replace expertise.
